Our transport company collects boxes from private customers in Germany and ships them once a month in a container to the Philippines. Regions that we do not serve ourselves are served by DHL or UPS (additional costs may apply)

2. How long does the shipment take?

The shipping time from Germany to Manila takes usually 7-9 weeks. However, this time can vary depending on weather conditions and the economic situation. Depending on the delivery address, it can take up to 18 weeks for delivery.

3. How often do you ship containers?

We send a container from Germany to the Philippines once a month.

4. Where can I have my box picked up?

We offer a collection service for boxes directly from your home. Our team will collect the parcel from the address you specify. If possible, please provide the boxes at ground level.

5. Are there any restrictions regarding the size or weight of the boxes?

Please contact us directly for exact information on size and weight restrictions, as these may vary depending on shipping capacities and safety regulations.

6. How can I track the status of my boxes?

After collecting your boxes, you will receive a box number from us. You can use this number to contact us by phone or email to find out the status.

7. What happens if my box arrives late?

We endeavor to adhere to the shipping time of 7-9 weeks. However, there may be delays due to unforeseen weather conditions or economic situations. In such cases, we will of course keep you informed.

8. How many boxes can I send?

The Federal Statistical Office stipulates that 1 sender may send a maximum of 3 parcels to one recipient per shipment.


9. What documents do I need to send the boxes?

Usually, we require a detailed description of the package contents and your personal contact details. In certain cases, additional documents may be required. We will inform you in advance about all the necessary documents.

We currently only offer our shipping service from Germany, France and Austria to the Philippines.

You can easily arrange a collection via our website or by telephone. Our customer service is at your disposal.

13. Do you also offer express delivery?

At the moment we do not offer express shipping. Our regular shipping time is 7-9 weeks.

If your box arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. We will check the case and find a solution together.
