Pickup by our driver
We serve customers in the above regions with our own drivers. We recommend packing boxes with a weight of no more than 70/80 kg.
This serves to ensure smooth transportation and prevent damage to the boxes during transport.
To make collection as easy as possible, we ask you to provide the boxes at ground level if possible.
Pickup by UPS
We have boxes weighing up to 70 kg per parcel collected by UPS throughout Germany, especially in areas that we cannot serve ourselves. With this service, you can conveniently send your shipments from your front door without having to bring them to the shipping point yourself. The process is very simple: as soon as you have registered your shipment with us, the pick-up is automatically transmitted to UPS.
Please note that there is an additional charge for this service. The exact amount of the fee varies depending on the size of the package and is between 40 and 60 euros. Please contact us for the exact additional costs.
Once UPS has collected your box, it will be delivered safely to our warehouse. Once the box arrive, we take care of the transport according to your instructions to ensure that your shipment reaches its destination safely and on time.
